The majority of our products are hand made to order, please allow 3 weeks for the item to be manufactured and shipped. If you have a specific date you need your bag by please let us know in the comments section or contact the office and we’ll do everything we can to achieve this. On occasions where we have items in stock, we would anticipate dispatch being within 5 working days of order. We will keep you notified of the status of your order and will endeavour to send the item as quickly as possible. The goods become your property as soon as they are dispatched to you. As we are closed for two weeks during the Christmas Holiday period, goods ordered during this time will not be dispatched until after the 9th of January 2023. The last order date for delivery guaranteed in time for Christmas is 9th December 2022.
We will deliver your order to any mainland UK address. Our standard delivery uses Royal Mail or a national carrier and in most cases you will receive your goods within a few days. DELIVERY STARTS AT £7.50 AND THE FINAL COST WILL BE CALCULATED AT THE CHECKOUT. (Please contact us for a delivery quote if you require delivery outside of mainland UK).

All items will be checked prior to dispatch. All goods must be checked when received and if there is any damage then this must be reported to Montrose Rope and Sail Co Ltd within 48 hours of receipt, otherwise no claims can be entertained.
