Our bags are manufactured from durable PVC material with heavy duty stitching for added strength. Whilst the PVC fabric is 100% waterproof, we do not guarantee that the complete bag is. There is a possibility of ingress through the seams or the zip if the bag is subjected to a lengthy period of time in very adverse weather conditions.
UK Mainland: Our standard delivery uses Royal Mail or a national carrier and in most cases you will receive your goods within a few days. When your order is dispatched we will send you a shipping notification by email.
We ship worldwide. Please contact us for a delivery quote if you require delivery outside of mainland UK. International parcels are sent via a tracked ‘Signed for’ service and will require a signature on delivery. Shipping times vary depending on your country and the courier used.
All items will be checked prior to dispatch. All goods must be checked when received and if there is any damage then this must be reported to Montrose Rope & Sail Co Ltd within 48 hours of receipt, otherwise no claims can be entertained.
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time prior to dispatch of the goods. Please cancel by telephone to confirm this is possible. Our telephone number is 01674 672657.
Unfortunately, some items may not be cancelled and are therefore non-refundable. Anything that’s made to your specific requirements or is personalised cannot be resold due to the bespoke element. We would only accept returns of personalised goods if faulty.
Company Logos or personal names are digitally printed on to a PVC badge. These are welded to the bag. The size of this badge is determined by which of our welding frames best suits the layout of the logo. For example, ‘John Smith’ would be printed on a badge 220mm x 70mm. Extra-long names may need to be printed over two lines.
A high resolution file must be provided for any Company logo to ensure a sharp image is reproduced.
All logos will be printed on white unless a file is provided with a coloured background.

Our bags are available to buy from our reception at our premises in Brent Avenue, Montrose. We are open from 8am-5pm, Monday to Thursday and 8am-4pm on Friday.
