We offer goods for sale through our website and also from our premises in Montrose. Our prices vary from time to time and we have the right to change prices without notice and to withdraw products without notice.

The prices we quote on the website always include VAT at the applicable rate.
All our goods are offered on a payment with order basis. Payment is due prior to dispatch of goods and is accepted by most credit cards and debit cards.
We aim to dispatch your goods within 3 days of order. We have many items in stock, however bespoke and personalised items are hand made to order and whilst we aim to complete them within 7- 14 days, sometimes it may take longer. We will keep you notified of the status of your order and will endeavour to send the item as quickly as possible. The goods become your property as soon as they are dispatched to you. As we are closed for two weeks during the Christmas Holiday period, goods ordered during this time will not be dispatched until after the 8th of January. The last order date for delivery guaranteed in time for Christmas is 22nd November.
We will deliver your order to any mainland UK address. Our standard delivery uses Royal mail or a national carrier and in most cases you will receive your goods within a few days. (Please contact us for a delivery quote if you require delivery outside of mainland uk).
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time prior to dispatch of the goods. Please cancel by telephone to confirm this is possible. Our telephone number is 01674 672657.

All items will be checked prior to dispatch. All goods must be checked when received and if there is any damage then this must be reported to Montrose Bag Co within 48 hours of receipt, otherwise no claims can be entertained.
